There are no renewal fees. Your ad will be listed on our web site until your property is sold or rented.


2. High Quality Photo

Use your own digital photo of the property (up to 5) or you can contact us to have them taken for you. The cost of us taking the photograph is $29 (plus GST). You may also advertise without a photograph. This service is included in the Complete OTOWN Package.


3. Weekly Newsgroup Ad

Our marketing team reaches beyond the static internet posting and maximizes your property exposure through other innovative mediums. One example is our regular advertising campaign on the Ottawa Housing newsgroup (newsgroups are internet bulletin boards where messages are posted and read). 4. Road Signs

Our reflective "House For Sale" and "For Rent" signs are highly visible during day and night. We also provide "Open House" signs for your open house days if required.
