We have one bedroom apartments available immediately. They have a fridge, and stove available in the kitchen. The rent includes heat, water and hot water. Hydro is extra; with an approximate cost of 25-35 dollars a month. We have a pool, laundry room, exercise room, dry sauna, bbq in the summer and courtyard available to tenants. There is also a hair salon, medical clinic, indian restaurant and pharmacy within our building as well. We have security in the building that do go on patrol and have security cameras stationed in various locations throughout the building as well.
